Charming little and great hotel!
The rooms with a balcony. Excellent location very close to downtown with views of the valley. Right by Interlaken West train station and Migros Supermarket, the restaurant in Crystal and all attractions "Interlaken West Train Station, Migros Shopping Center, Restaurants and McDonald.

The hotel was lovely small and surprising with excellent wifi. Besides, the location was excellent and lovely for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Seilpark Interlaken. We could get everywhere using a train station minutes away from the property. Good service, even though a few employees were extremely rude. There was a lot of food for breakfast, including croissants, yogurt, and hardboiled eggs.
There were too small beds in our room.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean and modern, with a nice balcony overlooking the alps. Breakfast is included, which is a bonus.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the train station and within walking distance of popular attractions. The hotel also had parking facilities, which was a plus for those who arrived by car.
The hotel lacked certain amenities that would have enhanced the stay. For example, there was no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during hot weather.
